Once again we have 24 teams, in three eight team divisions. Seeds 1-8 are Division A, 9-16 are Division B, and 17-24 make up Division C
Seeds 5-20 have two weeks of crossover games to begin with. A new seeding is worked out on on the basis of these results, so teams can be promoted (or demoted) to another division before the round-robin starts.
Teams 1-4 have games against teams 21-24 in the first two weeks. These are friendly games, meant to give new teams a chance to find their feet and get some coaching from some of the top players in London. The league starts for real for these teams in week three.
