Once again we have 24 teams, but this time in three groups of eight. Seeds 1-8 are group A, 9-16 are in group B, and 17-24 make up group C
Teams 5-20 have two weeks of playoff games to begin with. This gives you the opportunity to change your seeding and get promoted (or demoted!) to another group.
Teams 1-4 have games against teams 21-24 in the first two weeks. These are friendly games, meant to give new teams a chance to find their feet and get some coaching from some of the top players in London. The league starts for real for these teams in week three.
